[IMG Sony XEL-1 OLED TV] After 9 months since the demonstration during CES 2007, Sony finally announced its first OLED TV, XEL-1, going commercial in December 1st. The upcoming XEL-1 coming in 11-inch screen with only 3 mm thick, and Sony claimed it will be the first OLED TV on the market.
