   – If the reporter expanded more on an age limit for getting a nose job, that would have been really interesting.
   How would the reporter have gathered this information?
   – The reporter could have gathered this information by interviewing plastic surgeons who work with teens.

   Oh Audrey don't worry. You write a great blog (and so do you JM and S) that's very entertaining to read. And not really being savvy on the american sports(as they don't even show 'em here unless you get a digital box for the telly and subscribe(at least for my CSP) to the american sports pack) it's still a hoot to read this one.

   I did gain a clue about baseball though playing Wii Sports and I tried the demo of Madden NFL 09 on my Xbox 360 but didn't understand anything. Looking to buy MLB 09/10 The Show if I can get a hold of it. Video games does teach. (to a degree)

   IS it me or does Keith have a bit of a panda obsession? Or is it the Countdown staff? Don't matter pandas are fab.

   Yeah I can so picture H.Fineman in a hat. Like a fedora.

   Maybe I'm missing something here, but I didn't think Bonds was part of the Players Union (and maybe that the MLBPA is different then the union and that's where I getting things mixed up). 'Cause I know that when EA Sports did MVP baseball, it was never “Barry Bonds” but “John Dowd” or whatever his name was because Bonds wasn't part of the union and therefore couldn't use his name. So, why would they defend someone who isn't even part of it?
   Again, I could be mixing the two up, so all of this is moot.

If you haven't please look into it whatever way you can they used a video game device/theme against conventional wisdom to make this quote what it is.

    Matt,
    I've certainly enjoyed your sports broadcasts over the past several years. You have a talent for bringing humor into your reports. I especially enjoyed your Minute with Matt ??? ('one-on-one' with the Husker players) which aired on Saturday mornings during the football season. I certainly hope you continue to do those reports!!!!!
    Good luck in your new venture on the radio and am looking forward to seeing you on KETV from time to time.

    You know, I was fine with it, until that bimbo asked about who is joining the militias. She goes on to say (as she leans towards the reporter covering the story) “There were no women, no minorities…” At least the reporter got it straight and told her there were two females. She wanted the reporter to say they were all white males, insinuating this was a racial move against a black president.

    Funny how the left keeps shoving race into everything. Pretty soon they'll discover that card doesn't play anymore.

    Pretty much everyone picked the Colts, except Madden NFL 2009 and Cris Carter. Carter's prediction was odd because he always picks the team with the hot receivers (Dallas over Minn, Chargers over Jets). What absolutely no one predicted was that on-side kick to start the second half. In almost 40 years of watching the Super Bowl, that is easily the ballsiest coaching move I've ever seen.

    Madden , much like any other individual who has lent their name to a product has been very much about themselves. He's made an enormous amount of money with the several versions of Madden NFL down the years.

    As to Allen Iverson in the waning years of his career . All of a sudden , he's learning that the game isn't all about the ' ………… 'me' first mentality .

    The video that you are watching is kingdom hearts 2, not 3, the did however start KH 3 but they cancelled it, they were making the final fantasy Game around the same time (KH and FF is the same company, want to tell people, i found that interseting) anyways it is for sure KH 2 video

    Part III — Division 7 “Acts not constituting infringements of copyright in artistic works”, Section 66) says:

    The copyright in a building or a model of a building is not infringed by the making of a painting, drawing, engraving or photograph of the building or model or by the inclusion of the building or model in a cinematograph film or in a television broadcast.

    More interestingly, section 65 regarding artworks and sculptures in public places says:

    The copyright in a work to which this section applies that is situated, otherwise than temporarily, in a public place, or in premises open to the public, is not infringed by the making of a painting, drawing, engraving or photograph of the work or by the inclusion of the work in a cinematograph film or in a television broadcast.

    So interestingly (by my reading, and IANAL) if it's a temporary exhibition then it's covered by copyright, if it's on permanent fixed display then it's not.

    Found via this blog, who seems to miss the point that the law he quotes about his photo of a temporary sculpture exhibit does not support his argument. ]]>
