LG plans to introduce the 31 inch 3D-OLED in the United States and Europe this year. In 2012 LG plans a 55 inch prototype for 2012 and they feel that price competitive mass production of 55 inch OLED panels can be realistic in 2014.

The arbitrators in the video try to make an arguement with the United States government which about Hawaii should be dependent or independent. They use historical treaties and international diplomatic correspondence to prove that Hawaii was an independent country. But the United States took Hawaii over during World War II.
The video mostly shows the arbitrators' side, because everybody in the world know that the United States will not give up Hawaii, but the movie makers want to put in some efforts in the video, to keep the United States' voice away from the arbitrators, so the arbitrators have more evidences. Also, the arbitrators know what the United States government's objectment. They prepared for that and make a better arguement to argue with the United States government.
